The Story
You can lose parts of your life without losing yourself.
Built from a life actually lived
IThe North
Where it starts
Norway teaches you a few things before you are old enough to argue with them. That weather does not negotiate. That the sea is bigger than your plans. That the people who raised you were shaped by the same cold you are standing in.
Leaving was never about escaping it. It was about finding out what it was worth somewhere else.
The North is not a costume. It is a way of standing when the wind comes.
IIThe Road
What gets built
Then came years of movement. New countries, new work, new risk. Building things that had not existed the year before, carrying people who depended on them, learning what ambition actually costs when it is charged to your own account.
Some of it worked. Some of it worked for a while. All of it taught something.
You do not find out who you are by planning. You find out by moving.
IIIWhen Life Changes
What cannot be controlled
Then life did what life does, without asking. Loss. Distance. Things ending that were not supposed to end. Long stretches where the only measurable achievement was still being here in the morning.
There is no useful lesson to hand out about that part. Only that it happened, and that it does not have to be the last thing that happens.
Strength is quieter than people think. Most of it looks like getting up again.
IVRebuilding
A different sun
Uganda was not a plan. It was a place that turned out to be the right one. Warmth after cold, in every sense the word carries. New work, new people, a different pace, a different measure of what a good day is.
Africa did not fix anything. It made room for something to be rebuilt.
Home is not always where you started. Sometimes it is where you finally stopped running.
Where the story becomes sound
VThe Music
Why any of this became songs
Blood From The North is not a career move. It started because there was more to say than a conversation could hold, and music turned out to be the honest place to put it.
No pretending to be twenty. No chasing celebrity. Just memory, mistakes, love, failure and hope, arranged until they finally made sense.
Every track is a file from a life. Every song begins somewhere real.
VINow
Still building
Still travelling. Still working. Still getting things wrong and correcting them in public. Curious about more than before, certain about less than before, and better company for it.
Not finished. That was never the goal.
VIIWhat Comes Next
The next chapter
Album II is being written. New songs, new films, and a visual world that keeps growing in the same direction rather than reinventing itself every release.
The best way to follow it is the channel, or the list below.
The story is not finished being told.
